Ms. Requa's Class

I began my teaching career with the Nampa School District in 2004. This will be my 8th  year at Sherman Elementary I am excited to teach First grade this year.  Previously I taught Kindergarten  and second grade here at Sherman.

My hometown is Twin Falls, Id. I attended Idaho State University in Pocatello. There I received  my BA in Elementary Education. After returning to Twin Falls, I worked as a substitute teacher. I then moved to Boise to further my education.  I did earn my MA in Early Childhood Education from Boise State University. 

 

My favorite subject is reading/literature. I enjoy sharing my favorite books with my students as well as helping them become better readers. 

I live here in Nampa with my Two dogs.
